Description:	Calling all Lead CRAs or clinical team leaders based in Germany, Russia or Poland, looking for the next step up into project management! This is just what you have been looking for! In this role you have the chance to work on large, global phase II-III studies in oncology, anti-infectives or CNS, with responsibility for budgets and timelines! Working closely with a Project Director you will be responsible for ensuring that all clinical activities are delivered on time and within budget. You wont be expected to do any monitoring, except to attend accompanied site visits with CRAs occasionally. With an emphasis on study start up and supporting CRAs on an international level you will develop your PM skills whilst retaining involvement in clinical activities.  Why this job? After you prove yourself to be a successful, competent clinical project manager you will be given more responsibility for other functions such as data management, biostatistics and medical writing. Excellent training and support is available to develop you into a Project Director in record time! Who should apply? The most important thing is that you have a proven track record in leading clinical teams across at least 8 countries and have held responsibility for tracking/managing clinical budgets.
