Description: Support international medical affairs activities within nephrology! This full time, permanent study management role is not to be missed! Not only will you be working for one of the worlds leading drug development companies, you will be working for an organisation voted top workplace in the pharmaceutical industry! In this role you will be managing international phase III/IV studies with full accountability for delivering these studies within set timelines and budgets. Some studies will be run through CROs and you will be heavily involved in selecting the vendor, co-ordinating all start up activities and then managing the study through the CRO. Your studies will form part of a programme and you will work closely with the programme head to identify any potential risks to your studies that will have an impact on the delivery of the programme as a whole. This is a cross functional role in which you will be leading a team of clinical researchers across Europe and Australia to deliver study milestones. The position is office based in Uxbridge with some flexibility to work one day from home per week. We are looking for an experienced international study manager with a proven track record in the planning, set up and reporting of phase II-IV studies. Previous experience with observational studies is an advantage as is exposure to nephrology/general medicine.
