Description:	Your experience in biostatistics has led you to the top, or at least you are ready to get to the top. You have been working in a CRO or a pharmaceutical company long enough to know the way you would like to have a department run if it were yours, well&. now is a good time to shape things the way you want them to be, take a step back and make sure that the dynamic CRO you are joining will reach new summits thanks to the way projects are run in your department. You will still have a bit of hands on work, but you get first pick, as most of your time will be dealing with clients. You will make sure that global studies are run smoothly, interacting with SAS programmers and database administrators - there are eight people in the group (enough to start a line management career, not too much to take you away from your responsibilities). This is an exiting role and you will get exposed to as many studies and different scenarios as you would in fifty years in a pharmaceutical company. Call us now to learn more about it.
