Description:	A victim of its own success, this global CRO is looking for an experienced Business Development Director to join the European team based in the UK. The role is going to focus on selling full clinical services but you will also assist in organising internal operations teams in the development of client proposals. There is going to be a strong element of managing existing accounts but it will be just as important to research and develop marketing plans and identify new opportunities in the field. The company is based in Buckinghamshire but there is flexibility to do the work from home.
