Description:	Have the chance to build your own department!! This expanding CRO with its head office in the US, is looking to expand its business development force in Europe. With the flexibility to be based from the UK or Europe, you will initially be the only sales force in Europe&so its very much a hands-on and challenging role to start with!! You will ultimately be in charge of developing, implementing and coordinating the existing US infrastructure by contributing to the overall growth of the company within Europe. You will use your proven track record to oversee the selling of a full range of CRO services as well as use your contacts in the industry to deliver targets and achievements through the sales team. How many people in the team? That will depend entirely on who you would like to be part of your team! You are the one who will be responsible for overseeing the sales process and recruitment of new staff, winning contracts, overseeing the sales force as well as many more! Who should apply?
