Description:	This is a newly created management role within European site management and patient recruitment! This market leading, global business with an outstanding reputation for innovation and strategic development is looking to expand its network of partner sites in Europe. As a result, we are looking to find a highly experienced clinical researcher to spearhead the development and implementation of the operation! This is a broad role in which you will need to use all your commercial, business management and clinical operations skills to succeed! You will manage the relationship with partner sites to ensure the delivery of patient recruitment targets on a study by study basis; drive the placement of work at partner sites; grow the site network through organic growth of existing partner sites and by identifying new sites; manage country staff within the department and liaise extensively with project management and clinical operations to set patient recruitment strategy. You will also have financial accountability at country level for the department. The position is office based in Berkshire with the flexibility to work from home. Who should apply?
