Description:	My favourite company is restructuring its contract and proposals department!  As a result they need a dedicate person in their team working on the contract side of things. In this role you will have a very high profile in a fast rising global CRO. Taking care of the legal and financial implications of contracts worth up to millions of pounds you will need to be on the ball. Having worked in clinical research is preferable but training will be provided.  A background in law, business or a transferable contract experience from a regulated environment is required (pharma, finance, etc&). The contract you will have to work on will be between the CRO (your employer) and big pharmaceutical companies, biotech or medical devices companies (all potential clients). The other types of contracts you may work on will be between your employer and sub-contractors they use: local CROs for global studies and any other external vendor (ECG, imaging companies, etc&).
