| Description: | Support project management activities within clinical trials! This role offers exposure to project management activities without prior experience in clinical monitoring! Based from offices in Berkshire you will be working for a global leader in the clinical research industry, supporting international project teams on high profile, high value projects or programmes. There are three positions available - two within phase II-III clinical development and the other within phase IIIb-IV strategic research. In this role you can expect to be involved in budget management/tracking, updating management on project status and setting up projects as deputy project manager. You will be the point of contact for all project queries when the project manager is unavailable. In the long term, with support and training, you can work towards becoming a project manager and take responsibility for your own clinical research projects. Who are we looking for? Ideal candidates would be CTAs or project assistants currently and looking for a structured career development path with a leading company. You could be new to clinical trials, with a strong background in project support and administration from other industries. Either way, you will have excellent IT skills, especially with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint and be comfortable communicating at all levels within an organisation.
