Description:	Work for a people focused company as part of a fun, dynamic proposals team! The company is based in Berkshire and has an excellent reputation within phase II-IV clinical development services. In this role you will be working as part of a small team preparing proposals in support of business development activities. This is not just an administration role! You will project manage the proposal process from initial discussion with the client, through to delivery of the proposal document. This is a high profile position involving interaction with senior managers representing all functions involved in a clinical trial. To succeed in this role you will need to be a confident communicator, with strong influencing/negotiating skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment with multiple competing priorities! In this company, with regular quarterly appraisals and objective setting you will be in control of your progression in the department - you'll be promoted as soon as you achieve your targets! . Who should apply? Ideally you will be working in a proposals role for a CRO at the moment although applications are welcomed from candidates with proposals experience from other industry.
