Description:	UK and Ireland Sales Manager Following sales growth, and the expansion of the companies product portfolio, our client is looking to recruit an additional Sales Manager to take responsibility for the UK & Ireland sales territories. The post will require extensive travel across the territory. Requirements: · Previous sales expertise in analytical instrumentation, preferably spectroscopy based. · To have knowledge and a proven ability of working within life sciences, pharmaceuticals or the bio-diagnostics markets. · Good science or life sciences degree, ideally PhD. Job function: · Managing sales of Spectroscopy products in the UK & Ireland · Organising and presenting at seminars. · Attending conferences. · Managing customer demonstrations. · Generating new business and exploring potential applications. · Preparing quotes, technical information packs and tenders. · Maintaining relationships with existing customers.
