Description:	Have the chance to build up a whole department up from scratch! This global CRO is looking for a good Business Development Manager to manage a Phase I Business Development Unit from its offices in Edinburgh. You will have the opportunity to steadily develop the department; working on your own initiative and starting off with bringing in all of the new business. You will be selling Phase I services across the UK and Europe, planning and executing sales plans and travelling internationally to generate business prospects. With a bonus of up to 60% of basic salary, you will have the freedom to bring in as much business as you can, as you will have no other competition!! The job ultimately -and very quickly- will extend into strategy implementation through developing business plans and matrix/line management as the department grows thanks to you.
