Description:	Lead this front-running CROs award winning contracts team to new heights today! Working from offices in Berkshire you will provide expert review and guidance for the production of the contracts group deliverables such as contracts and change orders. You will be responsible for the development of departmental procedures and work plans for the group to ensure timely completion. Line management responsibilities include professional development, performance appraisals and employee counselling of direct reports. Additionally, you will be in charge of all training needs for the contracts group as well as the operations groups on contract processes and development activities. You will have previous experience dealing with contracts and an understanding of a clinical research or pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, some experience in negotiations and have general commercial awareness.
