| Description: | A challenging senior role across Europe within drug development consulting! Youll be working for a global market leader providing consulting support to biotech and pharma clients in the area of due diligence and in/out licensing. This position is at director level and involves the line management of a growing team, the development of consulting strategy and thought leadership, project management of major assignments and supporting business development during the sales process. Reporting directly to the VP of Consulting you will play a major role in developing internal processes, manage relationships with key clients and external vendors, and continue to review and improve the service offering within consulting. This is an office based position in Berkshire although there is the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week. Who are we looking for? Ideally you will be educated to a high level in business administration, operations research or the life sciences, however equivalent experience will be considered. It is essential that you have experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, preferably within a consulting environment - expertise in due diligence and in/out licensing is a must-have.
