Are you an experienced project manager? Are you process driven and task oriented? Are you looking for something new in a job? This is it! In this role you will be using your expertise within project management to support operational staff in the management of their projects and programmes. This job has everything a process driven clinical research professional could want - process improvement, quality monitoring and training! You will be working closely with operational staff to develop and implement operational QC processes to ensure ongoing quality within clinical studies. After these processes have been finalised you will then provide orientation and skills training to operational staff. Part of this job will also be to identify areas of efficiency gain and process improvement with operations and training groups. Action plans will be developed and implemented and communicated to senior management. There is a high level of autonomy within this role and you will be working across the European operations for project management. The job can be based at one of the following locations - UK, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium or Hungary. Its the only job of its kind in Europe so you can mould it to suit you! We are looking for candidates with experience of clinical project management and a strong understanding of project management methodologies, GCP and compliance. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to assimilate data and apply critical thinking to analyze data or a situation. Previous experience of process improvement within a clinical trial setting will be an advantage.
