Description:	Attention molecular biologists! This is an EXTREMELY rare position within an exciting young company which is looking to expand its R&D team in their Glasgow based operation. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in molecular biology and some post doctoral experience. In terms of technical skills, you'll be familiar with molecular genetics, have expertise in microbiology, gene cloning, screening, genetic manipulation, DNA sequencing and bacteriophage biology. Outside of the requisite technical skills, you'll be the type of person who has a demonstrable ability to work to strict deadlines and can drive the research efforts of the company to meet commercial demands.
