Description:	This is a truly rare opportunity for an ambitious sales manager to step into a high profile position as National Sales Manager, within a leading manufacturer of life science reagents, kits and instrumentation. The company has a highly visible presence in their chosen market place and is now keen to recruit a significant individual to lead, motivate and manage a large team of regional sales specialists in the UK. The role will involve all aspects of team management ensuring that the team members are motivated, have the tools to be successful and are set clear objectives. In addition you will be a part of the management leadership team helping to determine and implement the company’s overall strategy and will interact closely with the marketing group at head office. The successful candidate will be a life science graduate with a sound understanding of molecular biology techniques, and a minimum of five years of sales experience will be required. Two years will have been in a sales management function within the life science market. This is a very exciting opportunity ~ and the brief description above cannot possibly do this role justice.
