Description:	Work in business development and help a brand new department of business developers to become top sellers!!! This newly formed dedicated sales team within a top CRO is focused specifically on winning business within the biotech sector. There is currently a need for a Manager of Business Development to come on board to shape the strategy within the European market. Reporting directly into the overall European Sales Director for this team, you will already have Phase II/III sales experience and ideally be able to bring ideas and contacts to this new role. The primary focus will be to generate high-quality, winnable proposals and client relationships which fit this CROs strengths. At manager level, you will have exposure to the CRO marketplace and have a proven record of generating sales with developed skills in account management, sales lead generation and cold calling. This role is a chance to be part of a new team, develop a profile for yourself at a global level with a growing CRO, and also have the chance to express yourself with innovative ideas.
