Description:	Line management within clinical operations! Use your experience of start up activities to oversee projects and manage specialist staff! Based from the offices in Berkshire you will oversee all operational activities focused on patient recruitment and site start up, which includes full line management of an expanding team. As a senior manager in the team you will play a key part in achieving department objectives, improving processes and securing new business. Although your team is in the UK this is a role with European scope and offers you the opportunity to broaden your skills and experience across other countries. You will have financial accountability for your teams involvement in large, international projects and will be heavily involved in resource strategy. An excellent opportunity for a SCRA or Project Manager with demonstrable experience of line management to take on a challenging and expanding role within clinical operations!
