Description:	A worldwide organisation, specialising in molecular diagnostic products and services, is recruiting a Product Specialist to join the team. This is primarily an office based position, with field based work at customer sites as and when required. You will provide an office and field based resource, handling and responding to all inbound technical calls and emails, pre-sales enquiries and technical support of your assigned products and services. Whilst at customer sites, you will provide pre and post sales support, customer training and product familiarization as appropriate. In addition, you will be required to maintain strong relationships with the sales and marketing teams in order to maximise business opportunities and provide assistance in the sales process. The successful candidate will be degree qualified, ideally MSc or PhD, with additional research experience in molecular biology. Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills are also required. Those with existing technical support experience will be of highest interest.
