Description:	This expanding first-rate CRO is now recruiting for a CRA/SCRA who is looking to join an organisation which can give them a strong career path leading to Project Management. Working from offices in Cambridgeshire your main responsibilities will be to conduct routine monitoring visits and ensure that the studies are conducted in accordance with the protocol, SOPs, good clinical practice, and applicable regulatory requirements. You will be also be responsible for pre-study visits, initiation, ethics submissions, SAE management and closeout. This role also gives you the opportunity to get involved with the training of new starters and more junior staff members. We are looking for someone who has been working as a CRA and has a fair amount of monitoring experience of Phase I and/or early Phase II clinical trials. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise multiple conflicting priorities while working to strict timelines.
