Description:	This up and coming global CRO is now recruiting for a Senior Data Manager - Team Leader. Working from offices in Berkshire you will serve as the local team supervisor and manage all aspects of data management activities. This role is a line management position and gives you the opportunity to train and supervise all data management staff and to provide technical leadership in coding, resource planning and SAS. You will be the primary liaison with key clients on data management projects, maintaining effective communication with client and project teams as required. This company is looking for an experienced data manger who has been working in clinical research and has strong operational knowledge and expertise. Knowledge of Oracle Clinical, ClinTrial or SAS is an advantage. You will have excellent planning, organisational, communication and presentation skills.
