Description:	Director level position within strategic clinical operations offering the chance to fast-track to senior director level! It is rare that an opportunity of this type comes up and its not to be missed! The job is office based in Berkshire and is more focused on strategic operations management than direct line management, although line management will become part of the role in the near future. You will oversee the delivery of clinical operations activity within large, global programmes, with an emphasis on the UK activities. The job has an international scope in that you will sit on global taskforces for process improvement, value added service offerings and client relationship management. This job involves a high level of change management, leadership and negotiating with senior management within the company regarding issues facing clinical operations. At this level within the company you will also be heavily involved in recruitment and resourcing strategy, financial management (department and project), training/mentoring team members and maximising revenue within clinical operations. We are looking for a highly experienced senior manager within clinical operations who can demonstrate strong people management skills, an excellent track record within clinical operations and a keen interest in regional/global business initiatives. You will be confident, driven and hungry for success - a high achiever who likes to make an impact and influence department strategy and performance.
