Description:	Calling all sales managers looking for a step into a world renowned organisation! This leading player in the life science industry is looking to recruit a Regional Field Sales Manager to look after a team of seven throughout the Midlands and the South East. The team make up one of the most important regions of the UK and they are made up of account managers and sales specialists who look after the company's range of proteomics and molecular biology products. This position is a real hands-on management position, and you will be responsible for developing each individual within your team through time spent in the field and in house. As well as this you will be responsible for implementing company strategy through specific territory plans as well as planning and forecasting within your team. The successful candidate will have at least a BSc in a life science subject as well as some experience managing a small team. It is also essential that you have proven experience selling a range of instruments into the pharmaceutical, R&D and biotechnology arena.
