Description:	This is a great opportunity for someone looking to venture away from the laboratory bench into a Technical Services Specialist position. The role will utilise your excellent technical skills and problem solving aptitude in a commercial setting working within one of the largest life science companies in the world! The role will involve responding to technical enquiries by telephone and e-mail on a range of research products within the cell culture and biopharmaceutical arena. You will also develop training material, product data sheets and support field sales people from a technical perspective. The successful candidate will be a life science graduate, MSc or PhD qualified scientist with knowledge in the cell culture, sera and allied products market; specific knowledge of down stream processing would be advantageous. Clearly excellent communication skills will be essential for this role and a strong team orientated work ethic is essential as you will join a highly supportive and vibrant group at the headoffice.
