Description:	A leading provider of central laboratory research services in Europe is keen to recruit a Head of Operations and Production at their facility in France. The role will have 5 direct reports and an indirect responsibility for a further 19 members of staff who are all involved in delivering projects on time and budget. Key duties and responsibilities will be centred around ensuring all standard service offerings are completed on time and with the companies quality standards. Supply chain management and integration of new technology into the production system will be necessary. Leading, training and motivating the team will be essential along with the identification of new technologies that should be integrated into the facility. The successful candidate will be a graduate, ideally with an understanding of molecular biology techniques and be fluent in French.
