Description:	This is a great opportunity to join a world leading life science company in the molecular biology research field as an Internal Sales Representative. You would join a team of internal sales people and be responsible for developing sales of molecular biology consumables and instruments using telephone selling techniques. You would also establish and build ongoing relationships with customers and gather leads for the field based sales team. The successful candidate will be a graduate with excellent molecular biology knowledge, (a PhD would be highly regarded). In addition some previous internal sales experience will be necessary - this could be from outside of the life science industry. You must also be very self motivated and confident over the phone. Although this position is primarily based from the company's head office in the North West of the UK, occasional travel to visit customers is also required. This is initially a five month contract role, to run until the end of the year.
