Description:	Associate Director level role in clinical data management! Global development services company! Outstanding opportunities for long term development! This job can be based either in the UK, Belgium or Germany. The focus of this position is to manage all data management processes, project activities and staff across Europe, reporting directly to the Executive Director, Data Management for Europe. This will involve overseeing all projects ensuring delivery within timeline and budget, managing and developing data management staff and creating/implementing data management plans both within Europe and on a global level. You will also play a pivotal role in process improvement and training initiatives, business development/proposal activities and resource allocation/management. This is a highly visible role as part of the European management team with input into global initiatives and strategy. Who are we looking for? You will have a strong track record within clinical data management from either the CRO or pharmaceutical environment. You will be a successful line manager with several years experience in a line management/supervisory role. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strategic management skills within data management.
