Well renowned for putting their staff first, this CRO has offices in more than 30 countries around the world! Working from offices in Buckinghamshire you will coordinate and manage phase I-IV international clinical studies in order to produce high quality results on time and within budget. As the first point of contact for your projects you will need to develop successful working relationships with clients. Apart from being the driving force behind the studies you will also be responsible for the effective management of staff. You will be conducting regular performance reviews; setting clear goals and objectives; developing a succession plan and providing mentoring to Associate Project Managers and lower level Clinical Project Managers. You will be educated to degree level and have a proven track record of managing a team. You will need an excellent understanding of the project management process and possess highly developed problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have CRA and Oncology experience.
