Description:	A rare and exciting opportunity to move into contracts and outsourcing! This contract and outsourcing management position is available with an innovative, expanding biotech company based in Berkshire. Working as part of a small, dedicated outsourcing team you will primarily be working closely with third party vendors and investigational sites to negotiate and manage contractual agreements for clinical trial services. This job would suit someone with direct contracts management experience from either a CRO or pharmaceutical environment looking for more involvement in the outsourcing process. It would also suit a Senior/Lead Clinical Research Associate (SCRA or LCRA) with strong investigator site management experience looking for a move into contracts management and outsourcing! Full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate. What are we looking for? You must be able to demonstrate one of the following - either direct contracts management experience with vendor and site contracts OR clinical operations experience involving investigator site liaison. This position is initially available on a 12 month contract and is likely to be made permanent. A competitive salary and rates of pay are available along with a number of contracting options.
