Description:	Training manager role within clinical study management! Global company! Expanding training services group in which you can influence the development and delivery of training programmes within clinical study management on an international level! Working as part of a highly experienced and dedicated team you will assess training needs, develop training modules and deliver training courses on an ongoing basis. These training modules will include an induction course for new clinical trial managers, financial management skills, team leadership and soft skills topics. At the trainer level the job will focus mainly on the development and delivery of the training programmes. At the manager level you will still deliver training but more of your time will be focused on strategic programme development to address changes in clinical study management processes and involvement in global development initiatives. Managers also get involved in coaching and developing the trainers. This is predominantly an office based role in Cambridge although home based working is available to an exceptional candidate prepared to travel to Cambridge to deliver training courses. Who are we looking for? You must have experience of developing training modules and delivering training within clinical research. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background with practical experience as a clinical trial manager or team leader and a good understanding of project management processes. You will be a strategic thinker, creative and innovative, able to see the big picture and have excellent attention to detail.
