Description:	Flexible office or home based clinical research associate (CRA and SCRA) positions available on either full or part time contracts! Unrivalled training and development! Global studies in high profile therapy areas! Strong possibility of regionalised roles! When you work for this company as a clinical research associate (CRA or SCRA) you are not simply a monitor, more of a site manager, working across phase II-III studies in a range of therapy areas. You will select, set up, motivate and manage both hospital and GP sites, with involvement in negotiating site level agreements, tracking site payments and evaluating site performance across allocated studies. Depending on experience you will also act as a project lead, the point of contact for all UK CRAs on your studies, providing training and support throughout the duration of the study. You will also co-ordinate feasibility and start up activities, working with other departments to ensure fast and efficient activation of sites. At the more senior level you will also get involved in coaching and mentoring less experienced CRAs, performing accompanied site visits and training on SOPs and GCP. In the long term with this company you can progress into CRA management, clinical study management or project management - the choice is yours! Who are we looking for? For the CRA level role we are looking for candidates with a scientific background and practical experience of monitoring at site. At SCRA level you will be able to demonstrate the full range of site management skills from set up through to close out. Candidates looking to work from home must have previous experience of remote working.
