Description:	Line management and project management role within clinical data management! Global, full service CRO with an excellent reputation! Excellent first step into a direct line management role! This is an office based position in Scotland with relocation assistance available! In this position you will perform a dual function - project managing the clinical data management activities within international/global full service projects AND line managing a team of Clinical Data Managers. Project management responsibilities will include creating and implementing data management plans, budget and timeline management, input into business development and proposal activities and client relationship management. Line management responsibilities will include recruitment of staff, performance management and appraisals, salary review and training. This is an excellent step up for a Clinical Data Manager with supervisory and project management experience! Who are we looking for? You will have a scientific background and proven track record of managing data management projects in either a CRO or pharmaceutical company. Previous experience in supervisory role is essential along with financial management responsibility.
