Description:	An exciting project management position within patient recruitment! Join an expanding patient access team in the UK uniquely positioned to facilitate the recruitment of patients into clinical trials. Based from impressive offices in Berkshire you will drive UK patient recruitment activities for assigned international clinical trials. This is essentially a project management role with three areas of focus - selection of partner sites; driving trial set up at site; recruitment strategy and implementation. Activities will include training the site and facilitating protocol implementation, setting recruitment strategy, developing recruitment materials (advertising, campaign management) and contingency planning/troubleshooting. You will be working within a matrix structure interacting with clinical operations, study start up and feasibility teams. This is a high pressure, fast paced role that will see you working across up to 15 projects at one time with multiple competing priorities! You will need to have highly developed organizational and time management skills, a confident and assertive character and bags of enthusiasm to succeed in this role. Working as a Project Team Lead offers you a job that is broad in scope with exposure to a variety of therapy areas and other functions within clinical operations such as study start up and feasibility. Who are we looking for? You must have a scientific background and some exposure to commercial clinical trials. Experience of dealing directly with patients and an understanding of patient pathways within the NHS is highly desirable. This job would also suit an experienced CRA looking for a more office based role and involvement in front end site activities.
