Description:	Here is a varied proposal development job with a market leading, global company! Manage the proposal development process for high profile, high value bids and play a key role in securing new business for the company! Based from the company’s impressive offices in Berkshire you will work as part of a dedicated proposals team to co-ordinate and prepare winning, customer focused proposals in support of business development activities. When you work as a proposal developer for this company you don’t just write the documents, this is a high profile role which will see you liaising extensively with heads of department on an international level, project managing the development of proposals for both new and existing clients. There is a strong financial element to a proposals role in which you will use business and market information to prepare project costings and finalise budgets. To succeed in this role you will need to be a confident and assertive communicator, able to handle a fast paced, high pressure environment which will see you managing multiple competing priorities. Excellent writing and numerical skills are essential. Who are we looking for? You will have either a scientific or business background with an understanding of proposal development and the ability to prepare and interpret budgets. Previous exposure to the clinical research environment is an advantage.
