Description:	An excellent opportunity for a Regulatory Affairs Manager has just opened up with a rapidly expanding global contract research organisation (CRO). Working from offices in Switzerland you will be responsible for the development of contracts for regulatory projects and ensuring that clients needs are met in an accurate and timely manner. You will be responsible for the continual improvement of business practices as well as enhancing visibility, expertise, credibility and standing of the company. As this role is a management position, you will be managing daily business and supervising the training program of all personnel hired within the regulatory department. You will also be in charge of the departments yearly budget and will need to ensure that financial targets set for the regulatory group are met. You will be educated to degree level and possess strong regulatory experience in the medical device field. You will also have some experience in clinical project management. The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills as well as being equipped to ensure effective and efficient personnel management.
