Based from high tech offices located just off the M40 you will assume a pivotal role within the business development and proposals team. With your experience of proposals and clinical research you will take over the management of the proposal development process for key client accounts, building relationships with customers and developing bespoke proposal documents. The proposals you will manage are high value, for high profile projects, with strategically important clients. As a result, your job is a high profile one in which you will work closely with senior management across all functions within the business to develop winning proposals and secure more business for the company! You will also have a chance to share your expertise with less experienced proposal associates, acting as coach and mentor as part of a buddy scheme. Who are we looking for? Ideally you will be able to demonstrate proposal development experience for a CRO with an emphasis on phase II-IV full service project bids.
