Description:	Challenging and varied clinical research associate II (CRA II) position with an expanding biopharmaceutical company! Focus on haematology/oncology indications! Excellent salary and benefits! This biopharmaceutical company has a number of key haematology/oncology products on the market as well as a strong pipeline of novel products in clinical development for the treatment of different types of cancer. Working for this company gives you the chance to contribute directly to the development of these products. Based from new offices in Berkshire you will manage all site related activities in the UK for phase I-III studies from start up to close out including feasibility, input into CRF development and ethics/regulatory applications. This is a full scope site management role which will include monitoring activities. In time the job will evolve to include involvement in negotiating site budgets and contracts, liaising with external vendors and managing study supplies. This is an excellent opportunity to move into a permanent position with a biopharmaceutical company and have more involvement in the development of the products! Who are we looking for? With a scientific background and exposure to phase II-III haematology/oncology trials you will have demonstrable site management experience in the UK including study start up. Exposure to phase I studies would be an advantage. You must be flexible regarding travel 2-3 days per week during study maintenance phase.
