Description:	This is a progressive drug safety role within clinical trials in a people focused global company offering excellent training and development! This job would suit someone with a few months drug safety experience OR someone with clinical trial experience from another functional area looking to get into drug safety. Based from impressive offices in Berkshire you will join a small drug safety team responsible for managing all safety activities on phase II-III clinical trials in Europe. The main focus of the job is Serious Adverse Event management involving safety database management, data reconciliation, writing narratives and liaising with regulatory authorities. You will be working across a broad range of therapy areas offering you the chance to develop further your medical and therapeutic knowledge. Who are we looking for? You must have a strong scientific background, preferably in pharmacology, with some exposure to clinical trials and/or drug safety. You will have a good level of medical/therapeutic knowledge and strong IT and database skills.
