| Description: | Work as a senior clinical research associate (SCRA) for an expanding biopharmaceutical company developing novel products for the treatment of haematological and oncology indications! This is an excellent opportunity to take your experience to a small company and really play a part in the clinical development of these novel products. Based from offices in Berkshire you will work as part of a small clinical operations team taking charge of all site co-ordination activities in the UK for phase II-III studies in haematology and oncology. At SCRA level the focus of the role will be start up activities although will include all other aspects of site management including some monitoring. Study co-ordination activities will include protocol review and CRF development, setting budgets/negotiating contracts with sites and managing supplies, liaising throughout with external vendors. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local project management activities. This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your site and study co-ordination experience as well as get more involved in local project management! Who are we looking for? To succeed in this varied and challenging job you need extensive UK site management experience, especially in start up, and be able to independently manage sites and vendors. You will have worked on phase II-III studies from start up through to completion. Previous exposure to oncology and haematology indications is highly desirable.
