All you need is a proven track record of leading CRAs within projects in the UK and/or Europe! These positions are available in the office or the field and on a full or 4 day week basis! The main focus of the Clinical Team Manager role is to manage and deliver the clinical part of large European/International phase II-IV projects, working closely with a Project Manager. You will not monitor in this role, instead you will lead CRA project teams and support all site management activity. At the start of a project you will assess resource, manage start up activities, oversee the production of essential clinical documentation and train your CRAs on the protocol. After the project is up and running you will track study progress at a clinical level, monitoring billable hours and communicating out of scope work to the Project Manager. Throughout the duration of the study you will attend accompanied visits with the CRAs ensuring quality and adherence to the protocol and all relevant regulatory requirements. It is your job to ensure that the clinical project activities are completed on time and within budget. The Clinical Team Manager role will facilitate progression into either project management or clinical line management - the choice is yours! When you take on this role you will be working for a well respected, global company involved in the development of a range of products in pharma, device and biotech. Office based positions are available in East Anglia, Hampshire or Scotland. Unrivalled training and development will be available to you at this company along with regular performance and salary reviews. Who should apply? With a proven track record in clinical monitoring you will be able to demonstrate experience of leading CRA teams either in the UK or across Europe. Previous exposure to financial tracking/management is an advantage. You must be flexible regarding travel.
