| Description: | Do you already have some contracts management experience? Here's a golden opportunity to take on management responsibility for a talented team of UK based contracts analysts as line manager! This market leading, global CRO handles the largest contracts available in the industry, with all of the top 20 pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies! Based from impressive offices in Berkshire you will take charge of 3-4 contracts analysts, supporting them in the negotiation of high value, full service contracts with key clients. Your line management responsibilities will include appraisals and performance review, salary reviews, workload allocation and recruitment. In addition to line management you will also take the lead on strategically important contract negotiation, and will act as key contact for several high profile clients. This job offers a great mix of contract negotiation and team management, always keeping you on your toes with no two days the same! Although initially office based there will be the chance to work a few days from home per week after a qualifying period. Who are we looking for? To succeed in this role you will have experience of negotiating all types of CRO contracts including master service agreements. You must be able to demonstrate either supervisory or line management experience - gained in either a CRO or pharmaceutical company environment.
