| Description: | Fast paced, high profile role within feasibility and patient recruitment! This new position is available with a leading global biopharmaceutical company with UK offices in Cambridge and West London. The main focus of the job is to lead the co-ordination and execution of feasibility assessments and contribute to the development of patient recruitment and retention strategies for phase I-IV oncology, immunology and renal disease clinical trials in Europe. You will own the feasibility process across Europe, project managing the process and work towards advancing the conduct of feasibility activities on a global level. Part of your role will to manage any external vendors involved in recruitment activities, evaluating their performance and making recommendations for new suppliers. With your expertise in feasibility and patient recruitment you will serve as technical expert on the process internally, advising study teams and geographical regions to help them maximize their enrolment rates. In the long term you can move into study management, site management or study planning. Opportunities for team management and strategic role will continue to be available in the feasibility team as the department continues to expand in the US and Europe! This position can be office based in either site location, with the chance to work from home up to two days per week after a qualifying period. Who are we looking for? You will have broad experience of clinical research with a good knowledge of clinical operations or project management and an understanding of the feasibility process. Ideally your experience will have been gained within the UK/EU although applications are invited from candidates with US/Asia Pacific experience.
