Description:	This is a highly exciting opportunity to join a VC backed instrument manufacturer who have developed a novel technology system that has sold very well over the last 2 years, due to this success the company now want to appoint a Sales Manager to take responsibility for spearheading their continued growth.  The role will initially come with 4 direct reports in the UK and US along with a distributor network to manage and develop much further.  You will take overall responsibility for global sales and develop the strategy to ensure their objectives are met, expansion of the sales team is expected in the short term. The company operate in a highly entrepreneurial way and would expect this person to take a lead role in their expected expansion, promotion to a board level position is expected within 12-18 months.  The successful candidate will have sales management experience, not necessarily a large team along with distributor management experience, technical skills are secondary to commercial skill although those in the analytical chemistry/optical market.  To discuss this exceptional role further call us soon in confidence.
