Description:	A specialist manufacturer of innovative diagnostic kits and reagents is looking for an Applications Engineer Instrument Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. This is a UK based position with some occasional travel abroad. The successful candidate will be involved in instrument commissioning, setting up and installing at hospital sites, preventative maintenance visits and basic repairs. The role will include customer complaints/troubleshooting, project work to include validation, software upgrades and new automated systems. To be successful in your application, you should have knowledge of immunodiagnostic products, engineering and electrical experience as well as well as working in a hospital pathology department using analysers Hospital laboratory experience .
