| Description: | Office based CRA II/Senior CRA role in Switzerland! Join an expanding international company with an interest in the clinical development of oncology, CNS, anti-infective and cardiovascular products! When you join this company as a CRA II you will be mainly involved in site management and monitoring on a local level. As Senior CRA you will still be involved in site management activities but will have more lead responsibilities across Europe and have the chance to develop local project management skills. Both levels have mentoring/accompanied site visit responsibilities with junior CRAs and the chance to manage start up activities. You will be working on clinical trials in phases II-IV of development in either oncology, CNS, anti-infectives or cardiovascular. Training and development opportunities within this growing business are excellent, with routes into clinical project management, line management or training and business development - the choice is yours! These are full time roles, based in the office in Zurich with up to 50% travel at the CRA II level and 30% travel at Senior CRA level. To be considered for the CRA II level you must have a scientific background and a proven track record in monitoring and site management. To be considered for the Senior CRA level you will have experience of all aspects of site management from feasibility and selection through to close out. International experience would be an advantage. At both levels fluency in English and German, along with experience of monitoring in Switzerland is essential.
