Account Manager - South East - £35K

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading life science company in an Account Manager role! The company offers a wide range of pharmaceutical services and you will be responsible for selling a specific service to both new and exisiting customers across the pharmaceutical industry. Primarily based from the head office in East Anglia, you will initially qualify and develop leads over the phone with face to face visits to follow. This role will involve approximately 20% travel throughout the UK and Europe with occasional overnight stays. Existing sales experience within the life science sector is essential for this role, preferably involving selling services or instrumentation, although those with consumables experience would also be of interest. A strong track record of sales success is required, as is a degree in a life science subject ideally with some knowledge of chemistry although this is not essential.
