Support Specialist RNA ( French Speaking) - East Anglia - £28K (£30K OTE)

A market leader in the development and supply of exciting and innovative RNA-based research products is looking for an RNA Technical Applications Support Specialist to join the team. This is an exciting time to join a growing company that has recently been acquired by a global organisation. Opportunity for progression is ample and realistic! Your remit is to provide technical support to customers and potential customers throughout the French and English speaking territories. This is an office based role and your tasks will be carried out largely over the telephone and via email. You will work closely with the business development and marketing specialists to provide a high quality customer service. In addition, you will track and update all records in the CRM database to continue efficient standards. You will also take part in seminars and exhibitions to promote the brand effectively. These will take place throughout Europe and the USA, so some travel will be required. This role is initially to cover maternity leave so will be a 12 month contract; however there is the opportunity for a permanent position to be made available. To be successful in your application, you will be fluent in French and English. A PhD or extensive laboratory experience in a molecular biology discipline is required.
