Country Manager - Capital Equipment - Pharma/biotech - £50K (£60K OTE)

Are you ready to take full control of UK sales for a manufacturer of highly respected capital equipment ? Would the idea of full responsibility for profit and loss and control of budget spend for the UK territory be the next step in your career? If yes, we are looking to speak with you. The role covers the whole of the UK for a high quality range of capital equipment sold primarily into the Pharmaceutical and Biotech markets. The key sales function of the role is to manage and coordinate the activities of the main distributors in the UK, this will involve close contact with distributor sales teams; training and supporting their activities. Strategically you will be in charge of the UK sales figures including P&L and budgets and also direct building a UK sales team. The role will be home based with field based activity, the ideal location would be Southern England.
