Senior CRA - Italy - €45K

Here is a full scope Senior CRA role with local country level clinical responsibility! Lead a team of experienced CRAs across phase II and III oncology, CNS and cardiovascular projects! When you work for this medium sized, well respected company you work for a company specialising in supporting the development of new drugs in the therapeutic areas of oncology, CNS and cardiovascular sciences. With an international presence and high profile pharma and biotech clients the company offers and excellent environment in which to develop your career further as a Senior CRA. In this role you will be responsible for clinical study sites based in Italy from initial start up through to close out across phase II and III projects with an international scope. Within these projects you will be responsible for all site management and core monitoring activities, site specific training, clinical site budgets and management of site level relationships. As a Senior CRA you will also act as local country co-rdinator for all site level activities in Italy, supporting other local CRAs. This company offers excellent training and development to its CRAs, both internally and externally, along with ongoing performance monitoring to help you develop your career, either into clinical management or project management, with the company. Who are we looking for? You will be an experienced CRA able to demonstrate the ability to manage all aspects of site activity from set up through to close out in Italy. Previous experience in a Lead CRA role is highly desirable. Fluency in both Italian and English is essential. Experience in the monitoring of oncology, CNS and cardiovascular studies is an advantage.
