European Application Specialist - 9 month contract - East Anglia - £27K

Are you a molecular biology or biochemistry graduate looking to move from the lab and need commercial experience? Can you offer good advice on the telephone based on a sound understanding of life science techniques? If yes, we have a rare maternity leave cover contract running to September 2010 with a major life science organisation which can offer you 'big company' experience. The role will be office based providing technical support to external clients in the field of PCR , qPCR and custom oligonucleotide offerings. This will involve giving informed scientific advice and support, technically evaluating complaints, assisting in the production of, and delivery of, training material and technical seminars for life science and custom products, and technically assessing and supporting customer quotations.
